At 9:05 on the 25th of October, an airplane A320 operated by China Eastern Airlines landed at Tunxi International Airport in Huangshan City,marking the opening of the Chongqing-Huangshan-Yantai(Shandong Province) air route. Huangshan Tunxi International Airport has implemented the new winter-spring flight time since the same day according to the unified arrangement of the State Civil Aviation Administration.

In the new flying season Huangshan Tunxi International Airport has added new routes to Yantai and Nantong , encrypting existing routes to Xi 'an and Xiamen. Plan to execute 106 flights every week, with a year-on-year growth of 12.76%. In the new winter-spring flight time which will be from now to March 27, 2021, Huangshan Tunxi International Airport plans to execute 106 flights every week, with a year-on-year growth of 12.76%.

For the new flight season, Huangshan Tunxi International Airport, in conjunction with various airlines, further optimized and adjusted the route network layout. In addition to China Eastern Airlines' new daily Huangshan-Yantai flight, Colorful Guizhou Airlines has joined the Huangshan air market for the first time with their new Guiyang-Huangshan-Nantong flight which opened on October 27. The Xi 'an - Huangshan - Xiamen route operated by Capital Airlines is encrypted from 3 flights per week to 1 flight per day.The newly opened air routes will further expand the tourist source market of Huangshan City while the encrypted air routes will meet the market demand in a better way by playing an active role in promoting the political, economic and social exchanges between Huangshan and the northwest region and the southeast coastal areas.
