Cultural Story:
Nestled within the encircling mountains of Chánggāi Ridge, a land abundant with produce like tea, camellia seeds, bamboo shoots, potatoes, and sweet potatoes, the most renowned treasures are undoubtedly the "Three Treasures of Chánggāi" (Chánggāi Sān Bǎo). As the Huizhou proverb goes: "Chánggāi boasts three delights: Ham, dried shoots, and tofu knots; Eat your fill, yet still you'll long for more."
