A. Background and Available Conditions

    As the “Star fire program”, Huangshan Kiwi Fruit grows in profusion around Huangshan. Being the largest natural Kiwi Fruit producing base, there are over 667 hectares wild and artificial planting area, with the production 390 tons annually. Huangshan Kiwi Fruit contains 17 kinds of amine acids, diverse mineral substances and trace elements, and enjoys the laudatory title of “The king of fruits”. Its fruits, roots, stems, leaves, and flowers can all be ingredients of medicines; its pulp can be processed into cans, juice, fruit jam, dried fruits, fruit wine etc. It is the treasure of fruit market. So it is prosperous to develop Kiwi Fruit series food.

    B. Scale and Content

    Build new workshop of 1000 square meters; build the production line of 160 tons of vegetables and fruits crispy pieces every year and the production line of 600 tons of series beverage every year.

    C. Investment Estimate and Benefit Appraisal

    The project needs investment of 10 million yuan. After the operation, 35 million yuan annual sales and 6.5 million yuan taxes are expected, with a 2.2 years of reclamation period.
